PEAR Releases for the Week

The PEAR releases of the week are a package that provides a simple and flexible way to build nice URLs for web applications, a Database Abstraction Layer, a Validation class for ISPN (International Standard Product Numbers), a Validation class for UK and a package to read, create or modify office documents in open document format

• Validate_ISPN 0.6.1: the package contains International Standard Product Numbers (ISPN) validations
• Validate_UK 0.5.3: the package contains locale validation for UK
