Linux Users Base More Than doubled Over Last One Year: Survey

The number of Linux users has more than doubled over the last one year, says a new survey by DesktopLinux.com. The survey also said Ubuntu remains their Linux distribution of choice.

Another interesting thing that the survey threw up was that the leading Linux distribution is the Ubuntu family – 30 per cent use Ubuntu or one of its sister distributions: Kubuntu, Xubuntu, and Edubuntu.
