Yahoo Showcase Olympic Specials on Glue Pages

Yahoo India Search has launched a series of Olympic Modules to provide Olympics-related information and news coverage on Glue Pages Beta.

The Olympic Modules on Glue Pages Beta provides users with a real-time snapshot of what's happening in Beijing each day in one search. In addition to specific results, the Olympic Modules on Glue Pages Beta will also show news, pictures, blogs and other relevant information from across the Web, claimed Yahoo.

“With 205 nations, approximately 10,500 athletes and 302 events in 28 sports, it's going to be tough to keep up with all that's going on at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing,” said Yahoo.

The Internet giant further added that a search on Olympics 2008 would take a user to this exclusive Olympic Module that captures the most updated information from the summer games, from across the Web. It includes news, images, blogs, schedule of events etc.
